NagVis and PNP4Nagios trainings in Munich/Germany

I am happy to announce the first dedicated NagVis and PNP4Nagios training in Munich/Germany. The trainer is no other than me. This is certainly not be the first training where NagVis is one of the topics but the first where NagVis and PNP4Nagios are the major topics.

The training happens in the beautiful Munich in Germany from 2010-11-03 to 2010-11-05. The currently scheduled training will be in German language. But if there are some interest for an English training we could schedule other appointments.

We will talk about everything you need to know to get the best visualizations out of your Nagios status information. We will talk about the basiscs of RRD-Tool, setup a high performance perfdata processing using PNP4Nagios and RRDCache-Daemon, customize PNP4Nagios, create custom graphs with own PNP-Templates. NagVis will be connected to Nagios® using MKLivestatus. We will tune NagVis to our needs, integrate PNP4Nagios graphs in NagVis, customize the hover and context menus and design many maps using many different features.

Background: As some of you may know Mathias Kettner and I work together since the beginning of this year. Among other things we arrange high quality trainings for Nagios for beginners and advanced users. This training is a new event to bring advanced Nagios® administrators even further.
